Logic Prism Consulting

We design and build software that automates repetitive business processes — from intake forms and approval chains to data hand-offs between the tools your team already uses.

Craft-led automation, not shelf software

Business process automation starts with how work actually moves: who signs off, which spreadsheet breaks, where email becomes the database. Our programming consultants map those steps before writing integration code or custom services.

Engagements stay scoped — technical assessments, advisory sessions, and implementation sprints — with fees agreed after we understand the process you need to fix.

Process diagrams on the wall are only useful when they match the software paths your staff walk every day — we reconcile both before build.

Implementation with inspectable hand-offs

Scoped implementation work covers API bridges, scheduled jobs, validation rules, and admin screens that let non-developers adjust parameters. We document environment variables, deployment steps, and rollback paths so your IT partner can operate what we deliver.

When a process touches regulated data, we flag retention and access boundaries early — POPIA-aligned handling is discussed in the privacy policy and in your statement of work.

Technical assessment

We review existing scripts, databases, and vendor APIs, then deliver a written findings memo with risk-ranked automation options.

Advisory sessions

Focused working meetings to untangle a single bottleneck — ideal when your team needs a senior programmer in the room without a full build contract.

Scoped implementation

Fixed-scope development once requirements are clear: connectors, workflow engines, and reporting hooks tied to measurable process outcomes.

Questions teams ask before automating

Do you sell a subscription platform?
No. We are a consulting practice. You pay for agreed assessments, sessions, or implementation work — not a monthly SaaS licence from us.
Can you work with our current ERP or CRM?
Often yes, if the system exposes APIs, webhooks, or export paths we can script against. The assessment phase confirms what is realistic before coding starts.
Where are you based?
We operate from East London, Eastern Cape, and support clients across South Africa remotely or on site when travel is agreed in scope.
How are fees set?
After your inquiry we propose scope, deliverables, and a fee structure. Nothing is charged until you accept a written quote or statement of work.

Start with a short inquiry

Outline the process you want automated. We reply by email with next steps — usually a short call to confirm fit.
