What we collect
- Inquiry form: name, email address, optional phone number, and your message about the business process or systems you want help with.
- Cookie preference: a single value stored in your browser (localStorage) recording whether you accepted or rejected the cookie notice. No analytics cookies are used.
We do not run advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or social widgets on this website.

Retention
Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required for tax or dispute resolution. You may ask us to delete outdated correspondence earlier where POPIA allows.
Your rights
Under POPIA sections 11–14 and 23–25 you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold, and object to processing where applicable. Submit requests to the Information Officer at info@logic-prism.digital. We will respond within a reasonable period prescribed by POPIA.
Cross-border transfers
We host and process inquiry data on infrastructure serving logic-prism.digital within arrangements that provide appropriate safeguards. Details are available on request.
Security
We use HTTPS for this site and restrict access to inquiry data to staff who need it to respond. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to info@logic-prism.digital.
Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) if you believe we have handled your information unlawfully.
