Process mapping

Before we write production code, we trace how work enters your organisation, where it stalls, and which systems of record must stay authoritative.

Discovery interview

We walk through one process path with the people who perform it — not only managers. We capture triggers, exceptions, and the “unofficial” spreadsheets that keep things moving.

Current-state diagram

We produce a diagram your team can challenge: steps, actors, data fields, and external systems. Disagreement at this stage is valuable; it surfaces hidden rules automation must respect.

Automation blueprint

The blueprint lists proposed software touchpoints: APIs to call, events to listen for, human approval gates to keep, and metrics that prove the process improved. Implementation quotes reference this document.

Handover to build

If you proceed to scoped implementation, the blueprint becomes the acceptance checklist. Changes mid-build go through a change note so scope and fees stay transparent.
