Scope
This policy applies to paid consulting services — technical assessments, advisory sessions, and scoped implementation engagements — offered by Logic Prism Consulting (Pty) Ltd (CIPC 2017/227853/07). Fees are agreed in writing after inquiry.
Direct marketing cooling-off
If you engaged us after unsolicited direct marketing from our side, the Consumer Protection Act may give you five (5) business days to cancel from the date of concluding the agreement. Contact info@logic-prism.digital or +27-43-000-0119 to exercise this right.
For typical inquiries that you initiate after finding us through advertising, cooling-off may not apply; the sections below still govern refunds we agree to provide.
Before work starts
If you cancel after accepting a quote but before we commence billable work, we refund prepaid fees minus any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (licences, travel booked at your request, etc.).
After work has started
Fees for milestones already performed are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-engagement, you pay for work completed to date plus reasonable wind-down costs stated in your statement of work.
Deposits
Deposits secure scheduling and preparatory analysis. They are non-refundable once we begin the preparatory work described in your quote, including discovery calls billed as part of the deposit.
Advisory sessions
Missed sessions without at least 24 hours notice may be charged in full. Reschedule by emailing info@logic-prism.digital.
How to request a refund
Email info@logic-prism.digital with your name, invoice reference, and reason. We respond within 10 business days. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 business days unless otherwise agreed.
Disputes
We aim to resolve concerns fairly under the Consumer Protection Act. You may refer eligible disputes to the National Consumer Commission or other remedies available in law.
